Overview

We ship all orders from the United Kingdom using trusted international couriers such as DHL, UPS, Royal Mail and FedEx. Every order is carefully packaged and includes full customs documentation to ensure smooth delivery.

Your delivery costs will be shown/calculated at checkout. 


Art Prints - Printed and dispatched within 5-7 working days.

Wallpaper - Printed and dispatched within 2-3 weeks.

Wall Stickers - Printed and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

 

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • Delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 working days
  • Carrier: Royal Mail / Courier service (depending on order size)
  • Shipping cost: Free

No customs duties apply to UK orders.

🇮🇪 Ireland

Delivery time: 3–5 working days
Carrier: DHL / UPS / FedEx

Orders to Ireland are shipped from the United Kingdom with full customs documentation.

Important information:

Due to post-Brexit regulations, orders to Ireland may be subject to:

  • Import VAT
  • Customs clearance or handling fees

These charges are determined by Irish customs authorities and are not included in your order total.

 

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Delivery time after dispatch: 5–8 working days
  • Carrier: DHL / UPS / FedEx
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout (Insurance is added to cover high value orders)

EU orders may be subject to import VAT and handling fees depending on the destination country. These are charged by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total.

🇺🇸 United States

  • Delivery time after dispatch: 5–8 working days
  • Carrier: DHL Express / UPS / FedEx
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout (Insurance is added to cover high value orders)

Please note:

Customs charges vary depending on product classification and US import regulations. There is currently a processing time of around 10-14 days for orders to get through customs.

Australian orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by Australian Border Force and are not included in your order or shipping cost. Most small international parcels fall under low import thresholds, but this depends on the total order value and current Australian customs rules.

For all international orders outside the UK:

  • Customs authorities in your country may apply import duties or taxes
  • Payment is typically required before final delivery

We recommend checking your country’s import rules if you are unsure.

🕒 Processing Times

  • Wall Sticker orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days
  • Wallpaper orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 weeks
  • Art Print orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery directly through the courier’s website.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Refused or unclaimed parcels may incur return shipping charges

Returns & Refunds

Due to all of our products being printed to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. However, if your order arrived damaged then please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know so that we can help. You can contact us via email at hello@theducksinarowshop.co.uk

Orders can be processed within 30 minutes of payment being received. If you would like to cancel your order then please get in touch as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that cancellations will be accepted.
